Harsh Noise Bingo Battle is a championship of harsh noise improvisation, where participants engage in fierce noise duels. They play on equipment that they may or may not be familiar with. The equipment is drawn from a common pool before each round by lottery. This way, participants have no preparation time and are under maximum pressure to impress the audience. The winner of each round is determined by a dB-meter that measures how loud the audience's applause is. The one who receives the most noise wins!
Mikko Mansikkala Jensen is the Harsh Noise Bingo Battle Champion 2017!
Since 2017, he has held the throne firmly (mostly because he "forgot" to arrange a new championship, which is his duty as the champ). But NOW you have the chance to defeat him and seize the world championship belt!
Harsh Noise Bingo Battle takes place on Saturday, June 7th at AMOK from 17:00 and is part of the thrilling program for AMOK's 10th anniversary (both Friday, June 6th and Saturday, June 7th). The address is Rosenkratzgade 1b, 8000 Aarhus, Denmark.
Registration is via:
Here is a video from Kyiv Noise Fest 2018 in Ukraine, which the Harsh Noise Bingo Battle Champion 2017 attended bringing only a handful of patch cables and a power supply. Almost same concept. All other equipment is borrowed and revealed to him only at the start of the show and during it.
So yes, just stay away and avoid being humiliated in the WORST way by the champ.
Kisses,
Mikko / Harsh Noise Bingo Battle Champion 2017!
